The parent handbook is an effort to help new scout families understand the Boy Scout program and how Troop 3153 operates. Thank you for taking the time to read and understand the information contained in this handbook. Changes will be made from time to time when conditions warrant so please feel free to refer back as often as you want. The current version is the one posted online.
